Research preview

Serena is currently in research preview. The service is provided "as is" while we learn how a white-box affective system is best operated at scale. We may pause, restart, or change the service with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

Don't use Serena to make automated decisions that materially affect another person — including hiring, lending, medical, or legal decisions — without human review. Don't submit content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to submit. Don't attempt to exhaust the analyze endpoint or evade rate limits.

Output

The vectors and traces Serena returns are decompositions of your input under the symbolic pipeline documented in the architecture and research pages. They are not diagnoses. They are not advice. Treat them as inspectable data, not as ground truth.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond the Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Direct liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on the changelog and (for authenticated users) by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
